wes is a Visual Artist born and raised in the Crenshaw District in Los Angeles. As a storyteller and multi-hyphenate artist, wes' aim is to create visual experiences that inspire freedom, purpose and imagination. She values connectedness and firmly believes that through storytelling, our shared experiences emerge.

Her commitments are to provide inclusive, boundless imagery that represents who she is and depicts the world we share. With one foot in reality and the other suspended in fantasy, her intention is to capture identity through a surrealistic lens.
wes is a graduate of FISK University, with a BS in Business. She’s also completed her MFA in Cinematography at the American Film Institute.
She has lensed work for brands such as Target, Adidas, Audi, The Jordan Brand, Converse, Denim Tears, Bose, Spotify and Condé Nast. For her cinematography in A Rodeo Film, she won the Golden Tadpole (first place) at the prestigious energaCAMERIMAGE International Film Festival in Poland. Her most recent narrative projects have also been official selections of the Directors Guild of America, The Film Series at CineGear Expo, AFI Fest, ABFF, HBO's Short Film Competition and more.
